SHIPPING

Shipment takes approximately 2 to 20 business days to reach destination countries. 

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, please noted that it could take longer than expected due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other issues.

SHIPPING TIMES

When you place your order, we begin making your items as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 1 or 3 days. However, in peak seasons, shipment can take up to 7 business days.

When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

We only ship directly from the United States. The delivery time depends on the country you live in, item stock status or the shipping method you chose for your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 6 hours of the same day to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.

If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order number (#UD?????) along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.

We do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.
